The original card is 5 1/3 inches wide by 6.5 inches tall closed, or 16 inches wide when unfolded. Since this format would be rather small if shrunk to fit the entire card on letter paper or even legal paper, I have not provided a printable version in the original trifold format. (The image above is not clickable.)

The card is instead provided in two layouts to fit on letter size paper: as two landscape pages, one to be folded inside the other, and as three portrait orientation single sheets. To fill in the blank card back, I've added a stand assembly of my own design. (The doll and stand should be printed on cardstock.)
