This series of Hallmark cards came with the doll tucked inside the card, with its head slipped through the perforations on the front. (Untypically, this card also has cutouts on the front for the hands from the doll to show through - most of them just redrew the hands.) Note that what may appear to be pencil marks on the back page are actually faint sketches of eggs and flowers.

I've made two versions of the front page - one with the face showing through and one without it, so that you can construct your own card to emulate the original format. If you do this, I would advise making a pocket on the inside back to hold the doll in place, so that the hands stay aligned with the cutouts.

The card is also provided in two sizes: with two sides together at greeting card size, and with each page separately at letter size. The doll for the double page spreads is provided with 2 dolls on one sheet of paper. This is done for convenience in printing, so that the page image for the doll will be landscape orientation and the same dimensions as the costume pages. That way you don't have to worry about making sure the scales match. The image with just one doll is formatted to fit the letter-size single-page costume pages.
