This paper doll book was published in 1943 by Whitman Publishing Company, catalog #99610. (The clothes are reprinted from "Teen Gals - Around the Clock with Peg and Dot", catalog #980, which had different dolls.) Although it is unsigned, it is known to be illustrated by Hilda Miloche. She started her career with Whitman in the early 40's, where she illustrated Golden Books for children as well as paper dolls, and continued working until the 1960's. Many of her works are co-illustrated with her friend Wilma Kane.
