1870 census of Elliott Co., Ky, precinct 1, Sandy Hook P.O., enumerated 24 June, lists on p. 34 as family #205:
McMellon, Robert, 37, farmer; Elizabeth, 28; Sarah A., 9; William, 7; Henry, 5; Leonard, 2; William, 95; Susannah, 76. The latter two born in Va, all others in Ky.

(Elliott County was not formed until 1869, so all of the children would have been born when Sandy Hook was still part of Morgan County.)

1880 census of Benton township, Linn Co., Missouri, enumerated 1 June, lists on p. 1 as family #6:
McMillen, Robert, 45, farmer, b. Ky Va Va; Elizabeth, 40, wife, b. Ky N.C. Va; Sarah, 19, dau; William, 17, son; John, 15, son; Leonard, 12, son; Corrilda, 9, dau; Charles, 7, son; James, 4, son; Alonzo, 2/12, son, b. Mo Ky Ky. All children except the baby born Ky Ky Ky.

(Two households above is the family of Lewis Henry Riddle and Mariah Clark, whose oldest son George married Sarah Alice McMillan just 5 days after this census was taken.)
