An age of 33 would imply a birth in about 1885, which is inconsistent with other records. (He is listed in the 1900 census as age 9, born Nov 1891, which is itself internally inconsistent.)
The Kentucky death index lists Jerry M. Brewer, age 75, died 23 Oct 1965 in Rowan Co.

I cannot find this family in the 1910 census. They may have been in the process of moving from Middletown, Ohio back to Kentucky, and missed the census taker’s visit in both places.
