Notes for Clarence French Epperhart
Some online family trees identify this French Epperhart with the one who was the son of Henry Johnson Epperhart and Martha Stamper. I find that extremely unlikely, since according to census records they were 20 years apart in age.

Since he is buried in the Epperhart Cemetery, however, he is almost certain to be a son of either David D. Epperhart or Daniel D. Epperhart. If he is listed in the 1880 census at all, the only reasonable possibility is that he is the same person as the Rector Epperhart listed as age 1, son of David Epperhart and Martha Ellen White. It may be, however, that the birth year of 1879 is incorrect, and that he was really born after June 1880, in which case he could be a son of either brother.

His WW I draft registration card, filed 12 Sep 1918, records Clarence French Epperhart, age 39, residence Kermit, Mingo Co., West Virginia, born 3 March 1879, occupation R.R. trackman, employer N & W Rwy Co., nearest relative Mrs. Lizzie Epperhart.

His WW II draft registration card, filed in April 1942, records Clarence French Epperhart, age 63, born 3 March 1879 in Rowan Co., Kentucky, residence Kermit, Mingo Co., W. Va., employer N & W Railway Co., Roanoke, Va, contact Mrs. Elizabeth Epperhart, Kermit, W. Va.

His gravestone, next to that of his second wife Elizabeth, has the dates 1879 - 1960, and the name French Epperhart.

The West Virginia deaths index lists Clarence French Epperhart, died 22 May 1960 in Mingo Co., WV.
Notes for Jennie Fraley
Jennie is almost certain to be a granddaughter of Frederick Fraley and Barbara Fultz, since she was living with Barbara at the time of her marriage, but I do not know the link. Quite possibly she is a daughter of their daughter Dicey, who was also in the household, recorded as age 54, single.
