I could not find any Patton Neace in the Kentucky Death index. Almost all the Neace deaths seem to be in Perry and Breathitt counties, so Patton was probably from there.

Possibly the Lucy A. Neace who d. 13 Jan 1938 in Green Co., age 73, certificate Vol. 3, # 01021. (The age is 3 years off, but that much error is not unusual.)
