Cassity, age 82, born 1851 in Bath Co., Ky, died 14 Dec 1933 at Eastern State Hospital in Lexington, Fayette Co., Ky, usual residence Bath Co., Ky, married, husband of Effie Cassity, parents unknown, cause of death chronic interstitial nephritis, informant Effie Cassity, Salt Lick, Ky. (Burial place is rather illegible, looks like Sonlutcherfiords.)
