Marvin Hall’s web site says that she was born Apr 1863, possibly based on the 1900 census, but the 1860 census of Letcher Co. lists her as age 6 months, so she cannot have been born in 1863. She is not listed in the 1859 birth records for Letcher Co., so she was probably born early in 1860.
