The Ohio deaths database lists Thelma Moore, age 75, born in Kentucky, died 5 Dec 1986 in Bryan, Williams Co., Ohio, divorced.

She is buried under a triple gravestone with both her husbands. (Rather unusual - I’ve seen several gravestones where men shared a stone with more than one wife, but this is the only one I recall where a woman shared a stone with more than one husband, especially since she was apparently divorced from both of them!) The inscriptions say Emery Harr 1896-1967; Thelma Harr Moore 1911-1986; William R. Moore 1907-1993.
