Notes for James Edward (”Ed”) Hall
Dates of birth and death from his gravestone, which has his full name James Edward Hall; date of birth matches that from family history by Mrs. Hassard Hall.
Notes for Juliette ("Ettie") Baldridge
Ettie married first Powell Hall, and then his brother James "Ed" Hall. See their notes for details of the marriage records.

Several online family trees say that she died in Greenwich, Ohio, but I cannot find a death record for her in either Ohio or Kentucky. Should look for an obituary.
Notes for James Edward (”Ed”) & Juliette ("Ettie") (Family)
Rowan Co. marriage book 7, p. 408-409, license issued for Ed Hall, 41, s/o Jno M. & Martha S. Hall, and Etta Hall, 23, d/o Ben & Orlene Baldridge, to be married on 29 July 1911 at Morehead, surety by Chess Hall. It is indicated as the second marriage for both spouses. The license was not returned.

Except where otherwise noted, details on this family (especially the names of the spouses of their children) are from correspondence with Nancy (Hall) Rose, wife of Grace’s son Thomas Rose. Nancy sometimes organizes Hall family reunions and maintains an address book of living descendants of George Martin Hall.
Census
1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, precinct #7, pp. 7A-7B, enumerated 19 Jan 1920, lists as family #8:
Hall, Ed, 50; Etta, wife, 30; Alva, daughter, 12; Milliard, son, 10; Gracy, daughter, 8; Avalou, daughter, 6; Woodroe, son, 3 6/12; Claude, son, 1 5/12; Marvin, son; 0/12. All born in Kentucky.

The gender for Alva is wrong. Alva and Millard are sons of Etta and her first husband Powell Hall, Ed’s brother.

1930 census of Shelby, Richland Co., Ohio, lists on p.15A at 28 West Park Drive as family #376/389:
Hall, Etta, head, 39; Woodrow, son, 14; Claud, son, 12; Marvin, son, 10; Georgia, dau, 8; Jane M., dau, 8; James, son, 4. All born Ky/Ky/Ky.

The marital status field for Etta is hard to decipher. It looks like “aKO” or maybe “aBO”. Ed was still living, so maybe it is some code for why he was not with the household. (Since it is such a common name, and he went by both James and Ed, there is not much chance of recognizing him in a census if he was listed somewhere else alone.)
