Her death certificate lists Cyntha Baldrige, age 66, born 24 March 1872 in Knott Co., Ky, died 13 Oct 1938 in Rowan Co., Ky, widowed, father Zeek Morris, mother’s maiden name Sallie Triplet, both born in Knott Co., Ky, cause of death acute influenza from Oct 8 to Oct 13 - 38, mytral heart lesion & cardiac asthma from Oct 1937 to Oct 13 - ‘38, informant Clarence Baldridge, Morehead, Ky, burial in Baldridge Cemetery.

Her gravestone, a double one with Greene, spells her name as Cynthia, with the above dates. She was listed, however, in the 1870 census of Floyd Co., Ky as age 2 months, so the reported date and place of birth are off a bit.
