Notes for Mastin Cock or Cox
The Ashland Independent February 9 and Feb 16, 1882 records the shooting death of William T. Nickell, town marshall and U.S. Bailiff, by Leander Tolliver. The shooting took place at a party hosted by Mastin Cox at his Elliott County residence.

His death certificate (Vol 023, #21354) records Maston Cox, age 87 yrs 5 months 17 days, born 9 March 1826 in Virginia, died 26 Aug 1913 in Laurel precinct, Elliott Co., married, farmer, father Tobias Cox, mother’s maiden name Fannie Stigall, both born in Virginia, cause of death old age, informant blank, burial place blank.
Census

Lilly is really a daughter of Susan and her first husband, and thus a stepdaughter of Mastin. Her surname should be listed as McGill.

Cox, Masten, 83, b. Ky Va Va, 3rd marriage; Susan, wife, 69, b. Ky Ky Ky, 2nd marriage, married 26 years, mother of 5 children, 5 living; Dan, grandson, 16. (The 5/5 is actually in Dan’s row, but I doubt he is the mother of 5 children.)

Their daughter Maggie and her husband Charles Adkins are living in the same dwelling, but given a new family number and separate household status.
Notes for Susan Oakley
I cannot find her in the Kentucky death records.
Census
In 1920 she was listed in Elliott Co. as Susan Cox, 86, widowed, mother-in-law, with her daughter Nervie.
