Notes for Presley Manier
Presley performed many marriages in Rowan and Elliott counties, and on most of them he signs his name as "Manier" or "Manhier". It is spelled Manier on his gravestone. But in censuses and his own second marriage record (i.e., things written by clerks), his name is often spelled as Mynhier.

His death certificate records Presley Mynhier, age 73 years 5 months 8 days, born 11 Jan 1865 in Menifee Co., Ky, died 19 June 1936 in Dry Creek, Rowan Co., Ky, “husbon of ann Boman”, farmer, parent info blank, cause of death “arturnid truble been sick 5 years”, burial in “Jons cemitory”, undertaker Jessie Petitt. The medical certification part is signed by my great-grandmother Emma Petitt, who is also responsible for the creative spellings. (I recognize the shaky handwriting as the same from her family bible.) She filled out a lot of the Rowan County death certificates for families that had no medical attendance. Jessie was not an undertaker as we think of it today; he was a carpenter and store keeper. But he made and sold most of the wooden coffins in the Dry Creek, Crix and Clearfield area, so he was frequently listed as an undertaker.
Notes for Anna Elizabeth Bowman
Her death certificate records Mrs. Willie Jones, age 65 years 11 months 23 days, born 9 Oct 1877 in Clearfield, Ky, died 3 Oct 1942 in Hamm, Rowan Co., Ky, married, wife of Willie Jones age 61, father W. M. Bowman born in Va, mother’s maiden name Syndia Roberts born in Morgan Co., Ky, cause of death hypertensive heart disease, informant Henry M. Slusher, Hamm, Ky, burial in Jones Cemetery, Pelfrey, Ky.

Her gravestone next to Presley has the dates 9 Oct 1875 to 1 Oct 1942, and gives her name as Ann Manier. The year of birth on the stone is more consistent with census records, but I am using the date of death from the death certificate.
Notes for Presley & Anna Elizabeth (Family)
Rowan Co. marriage book 3, p. 51, records the marriage on 14 Apr 1898 of Presley Mynhier, 35, farmer, residence Morehead, second marriage, born and parents born in Menifee Co., to Anne Bowman, 22, residence Morehead, first marriage, born Bath Co., father born Virginia, mother born Rowan Co., to be at residence of bride, at William Bowman's, by D. K. Jones, witnesses Mrs. James W. Sexton and Robert Gregory, surety by George H. Cassity.
Census
I cannot find this family in the 1900 census.

1910 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Pearce precinct, enumerated 20 April, lists on p. 3B as family #45/48:
Manier, Presley, farmer, 47, 2nd marriage; Anna L., wife, 34, first marriage, mother of 10 children, 5 living; Essie M., dau, 11; Mat W., son, 9; Noah, son, 8; Bertha, dau, 4; Mary C., dau, 3. Anna’s father is recorded as born in West Virginia. all others in Ky. (I wonder if she was counting some miscarriages among the 5 deceased children. Fitting 10 live births into 12 years seems like tight spacing, unless there were some twins who died in infancy.)

1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Pearcy precinct, enumerated 17 Jan, lists on p. 4A as family #71/76&77:
