The Kentucky Birth Index lists Robert Riddle, born 8 Dec 1925 in Bath Co., mother’s maiden name Doushe B. Craycraft, delayed registration entered on 4 Sep 1987, certificate Vol. 193, #91846.
His death certificate, however, says Robert Jay Riddle, age 64 years 10 months 6 days, born 8 Jun 1928 in Bath Co., Kentucky, died 14 Apr 1993 in Marion Co., Indiana, marital status divorced, father Richard Riddle, mother’s maiden name Doisha Craycraft.
Since the birth certificate is a delayed registration, there is no reason for preferring one of the dates over the other. Unfortunately I cannot find the Richard Riddle family in the 1930 census.
His death certificate, however, says Robert Jay Riddle, age 64 years 10 months 6 days, born 8 Jun 1928 in Bath Co., Kentucky, died 14 Apr 1993 in Marion Co., Indiana, marital status divorced, father Richard Riddle, mother’s maiden name Doisha Craycraft.
