There is no stone with his name iin Ditney Cemetery, where his first wife Charlotte and their children who died young are buried.

I cannot find any Preston (or variant spellings) Hall with parents Roll and/or Susan in the 1860, 1870 or 1880 censuses.

Morgan Co. birth records on LDS microfilm #0216835 record the birth on 29 Apr 1852 of Charlotte A. Templeman to Enoch Templeman and Miriam Parker.

Her gravestone identifies her as Charlotte A. Hall, wife of Preston Hall, with the dates 1859 - 1891. (The birthdate does not match her birth record or the 1860 census which lists her as age 9.)
