Notes for Seward V. Cline
Putnam Co. births book H-10, p. 41, lists a son born out of wedlock, mother’s name Nota Cline, father unspecified.

According to Roy O’Connor, Seward’s name was pronounced “See-ward”, not “Soo-ard”. Leslie Hall’s children from his marriage to Naomi Hyde knew of Seward as their half-brother.
Notes for Seward V. & Esme Enid M. (Family)
Seward and Esme were third cousins. (I was surprised that I had to go so far back to find their common Cline ancestor.)
