The SSDI lists Hatcher Bowman, born 4 May 1907, died Aug 1975, last residence White Lake, Langlade Co., Wisconsin, SSN issued in Wisconsin before 1951.

The reported birth date is wrong by two years; he was recorded as age 11 months in the 1900 census, taken in June, with an older brother Cisco age 2.

The Wisconsin death index lists Hatcher Bowman, age 66, died 17 Aug 1975 in Antigo, Langlade Co. (Note that this age is consistent with the correct 1909 birth date.)

The previous household is that of Hatcher’s first cousin Kermit Sexton (son of Mat’s sister Rosa) and Dessie’s sister Bessie Roberts. Kermit is also working on road side cleanup. (Alvin was a CCC camp town.)
