1900 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Pearce precinct, enumerated 2 June, lists on p. 2A as family #19:
Jennings, Tom, 25, b. May 1875, day laborer; Lucy A., wife, 20, b. Aug 1879, married 3 years, mother of 1 child, 1 living; William, son, 12 overstriken with 11, b. June 1889; Jessie, son, 10, b. Mar 1890; Arrie B., dau, 9, b. May 1891; Sarah S., dau, 1, b. June 1898.
Since there are only 9 months between June 1889 and March 1890, it is more likely that William was born in 1888.
I have not found this family in 1910.
1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, precinct #9 (Wagoner), lists as family #41/44:
Jennings, Lucy, 40, widowed; Henry, son, 16; Minnie, dau, 13; Rosa, dau, 11; Ida, dau, 6.
