There is no such word as pulmonoma. I don’t know whether it was intended to mean pulmonary embolism or pulmonary carcinoma (lung cancer), or something else.

Alfrey, 24, born Rowan Co., son of Harry Alfrey & Lizzie Alfrey Tirrell, to Pearl Gregory, 15, born Rowan Co., dau of Joseph & Mary L. Gregory, to be at the residence of Joseph Gregory, at Gregory Schoolhouse by J. H. Gregory, Baptist minister, witnesses Bethel Hall & Vada Harden, bond surety Taylor Gregory. There is a consent note attached that says “Dec the 22 1913 to the co clerk of rown co I do orthrise you to grant Stacy Alfrey Mariage licens to marry my daughter Pearl Gregory Joe Gregory witness Taylor Gregory.”
