The 1900 census listed her as age 4, born Apr 1896, so the age is probably a year too low.

Rowan Co., Ky marriage book A, p. 117, records the marriage on 14 Oct 1909 of Lewis Branham and Clemey Alfrey, at A. J. Alfrey’s by Rollie Alfrey, witnesses S. A. Day and Rosa Staton.

I cannot find this family in the 1910 or 1920 censuses.

1930 census of Bath Co., Ky, Licking Union district, White Sulphur precinct, enumerated 24 April, lists on p. 22A as family #324:
