Census records list Thomas’s wife only as Ellen. The name of Mary Ellen Medley is from online researchers such as Penny Fraley Richardson. See the FRALEY message board at Rootsweb.

1900 census of Carter Co., Kentucky, District 4, lists on p. 79, household #57:
Thomas Fraley, 27, b. Apr 1873; Ellen, 25, b. Apr 1875, married 11 years, mother of 5 children, 3 living; Granvil, 7, b. Mar 1893; Ora C., 3, b. June 1896; Desty, 1, b. Feb 1899, daughter. All born in Kentucky.
Since Thomas was recorded in the 1870 census as age 2 months, born in April, his age is off by three years here.
This is the last census entry I can find for this family. I searched Ancestry’s every name census database for 1910, 1920 and 1930, looking for Thomas, Granville or Ora of approximately the right age with Kentucky birthplace, and found none.
I believe therefore, that Thomas and Ellen both died by 1910 and that Granvil is the Willis Fraley listed as age 16, nephew, in the 1910 census with Thomas’s brother John W. Fraley, and that Ora C. is the Cecil Fraley listed in the 1910 census of Carter Co. as age 14, nephew, with the family of William and Bertha (Fraley) Williams. Bertha is a niece of Thomas Fraley, daughter of his brother Lewis Henry, which would make Cecil really a first cousin to Bertha, not her nephew.
