Census
1910 census of Scioto Co., Ohio, Portsmouth ward 2, enumerated 23 April, lists on p. 9A as family #170/172:
Moore, Millard, 20, ironer at shoe factory; Luvina, wife, 20, first marriage for both, married 3 years, mother of 1 child, 1 living; Gladys, dau, 1 2/12; Lucy, sister, 25, single, bracer at shoe factory. All born Ky Ky Ky.

This family was apparently grossly misrecorded in the 1920 census:

1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Hogtown precinct, enumerated 29 Jan, lists on p. 18B as family #334/337:
Mare, Millard, 33, farmer; Rumenia, wife, 30; Ervan, son, 8; Gladys, dau, 6; Wilber, son, 4 6/12; Hildred, son, 2 1/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.

If this is the same family, then Gladys should be 10 (almost 11), Wilber 9, and Hildred 7 - and be recorded as a daughter. So all the children are listed as 5 years too young. But there are no “Mare” families in Rowan, and it seems implausible that two Millard M*re families would have three children named Gladys, Wilber and Hildred in that order. Also there is no other record of the Millard and Luvena Moore family in 1920. The son Ervan (Irving?) doesn’t fit, but with so many other errors, it is possible that he is a nephew or other relative rather than a son.

1930 census of Rowan Co. lists on West Morehead Road, family #77;
Moore, Millard F., 40, age at first marriage 17; Luvena, wife, 40, age at first marriage 17; Wilburn, 19, son; Fouch, Audra, 21, son-in-law, age at first marriage 21; Hildreth V., 17, daughter, age at first marriage 17. All born in Kentucky.
