Notes for Henry Jackson Bare
Carter Co. death records list Henry J. Bare, age 33, farmer, born in Lawrence Co., Ky, died 10 Oct 1858, cause of death consumption, parents Henry and Deraney Bare.
Notes for Elizabeth Mary Clark
Carter Co., Ky, death records list Elizabeth Bare, age 22, married, died 1 April 1858, cause of death fever, born in Virginia, parents George & Elizabeth Clark.

Since she was listed as 18 in the 1850 census, and married in 1847, the age at death must be wrong.
Notes for Henry Jackson & Elizabeth Mary (Family)
Morgan Co. marriage records list the marriage on 7 Oct 1847 of Henry Jackson Bear to Elizabeth Mary Clark, by Rufus Humphrey.
Census
1850 census of Carter Co., Ky, district 1, enumerated 7 Sep, lists on p. 72 as family #482:
Henry J. Bare, 25, b. Ky; Elizabeth, 18, b. Va; Lydia, 10/12, b. Ky.

The preceding household is that of Henry’s parents.

Henry and Elizabeth both died in 1858. The only one of their four daughters whom I have found in the 1860 census is Emily, who was living with Elizabeth’s parents in Rowan Co. The others are not listed in the death records for 1853-1860, though, and Mary Ellen married William Taylor Jones about 1874.

Since the 1860 and 1870 censuses do not show relationships, it is hard to tell when an orphaned child is living with relatives other than their parents, if those relatives are young enough to be having children of their own.
