Morgan Co., Ky marriage records list the marriage of Robert L. Caskey and Fannie Frazier on 29 Jan 1927.

Since the 1930 census records Fannie as age 46, age at first marriage 19, that would put her first marriage at about 1903, making it unlikely that Frazier was her maiden name.

I cannot find any matching Fannie Frazier (or variant spelliing) in the 1910 or 1920 censuses who does not also appear in the 1930 census with the same husband she was listed with in 1920. (For example, there was a Fannie McCoy of about the right age married to Granville Frazier in Floyd Co.) So it is possible that Frazier is the name of a second husband to whom she was only married briefly, and Robert Caskey is her third. But I also can’t find any good fits in the death records for a possible previous husband.

1930 census of Morgan Co., Ky, Lenox precinct, enumerated 3 April, lists on p. 2A as family #23:
Caskey, Robert, 62, age at first marriage 21, farmer; Fannie, wife, 46, age at first marriage 19. Both born Ky Ky Ky.
