The SSDI lists Oscar Kegley, born 24 Oct 1893, died Dec 1987, last residence Olive Hill, Carter Co., Ky, SSN issued in Kentucky before 1951.

The Kentucky death index lists Oscar A. Kegley, age 94, died 24 Dec 1987 in Carter Co.

Be careful not to confuse him with Oscar Wilson Kegley, born 1896, son of James H. Kegley. (The latter is more of interest to me, and I’m including this one in my database primarily to show that there were two Oscar Kegley’s of nearly the same age in the Elliott/Carter area.)
