Some trees online identify this Louella Brown with the Lou E. Brown who married William Kendrick Sergent/Sargent on 24 Nov 1892, but that seems highly unlikely, since her Williams children were born throughout the 1890’s.

Her death certificate records Lonella Williams, age 63 years 8 months, born 29 July 1871 in Relief, Ky, died 27 Mar 1935 in Relief, Paint precinct, Morgan Co., Ky, widow of Frank Williams, father Ed W. Brown, born in Kentucky, mother’s maiden name Rissie Preston, birthplace blank, cause of death “T. B. of lungs said family & Dr. Bailey”, informant Ed C. Williams, Relief, Ky, burial in Brown Cem.

The index compiled by Sharon Cox lists the marriage of F. M. Williams and Lerville Brown on 20 Aug 1886. I believe this to be a mistranscription of Louella.

1900 census of Morgan Co., Ky, lists with the widowed Thurissa Brown:
