There were at least four George W. Fraley’s born between 1882 and 1888 in Elliott, Rowan and Carter counties, so be careful not to get them mixed up.
He may be the George W. Fraley listed in the Kentucky death index as died 7 Nov 1955 in Rowan Co., residence same, age 74, but if so, his reported age at death is off by 4 years from that recorded on his draft card.

Fraley age 64, father John E. Johnson, mother’s maiden name Jane Crum, both born in Elliott Co., Ky, cause of death senile psychosis, informant hospital records, burial in Elliott Co., Ky.
The certificate also records her race as black, but that is an apparent error.
