He was listed in his brother George’s 2007 obituary as a surviving brother William Sexton of Fraser (Michigan).

The SSDI lists William H. Sexton, born 19 Apr 1936, died 3 July 2008, last residence Fraser, Macomb Co., Michigan.

His obituary reported:

“William H. Sexton Sr., 72, a longtime resident of Fraser, died peacefully Thursday, July 3, 2008, in Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. He was born April 19, 1936, in Roseville.
Mr. Sexton married Nancy L. Smith on Oct. 25, 1958, in Hope United Church of Christ in Fraser. The couple made their home in Fraser. He retired in 1995 after more than 20 years of employment for Fraser Public Schools. He also worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years.

He was a classic car enthusiast who enjoyed the wildlife. He loved boxing and playing the piano.

His family said he had a wonderful sense of humor, would always bring a smile to everyone's face and will be deeply missed.

Mr. Sexton is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nancy; children, William (Donna) Jr., Jody (John) Vieau, Robert (Kimberly), Coreen, and Jennifer Williams; grandchildren, Nicholas, Colten, Amanda, and Joseph; siblings, Mildred "Mickey" Pierfelice, Eleanor Beyerchen, Eldon, Louise MacGilvary, and Wayne.

He was predeceased by his parents, James W. and Elizabeth (Colingsworth) Sexton.

A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Township.”
