Jennifer Fraley Voss wrote in a message to the Fraley email list at Rootsweb on 9 May 2000 “I descend through James Fraley and Luzanna Stegall, then John Wesley Fraley and Florence Fouch. I am actually looking for information on John Wesley Fraley. I know that after Florence died, he moved from Kentucky to West Virginia where he died. Their only child (my great grandfather William Leslie Fraley) was raised by an aunt because Florence died when he was only 9 months old. So very little is known about John or Florence.”
