Elliott Co., Ky birth records list Parish J. Prince, born 15 May 1878, father Thomas Prince, mother’s maiden name Elizabeth Hay.

His WW I draft registration card, filed 12 Sep 1918, records Parish Jackson Prince, age 41, residence Elliottville, Rowan Co., Ky, born 15 Mar 1877, occupation farmer, self employed, neareast relative Seattie Prince, wife, same address, medium height and build, blue eyes, black hair, disability claimed due to loss of use of right arm and leg.
Census
In 1900 he was recorded twice, both times as a private at Fort Douglas, U. S. Army, Jola Jola, Phillipine Islands. (The whole regiment seems to have been enumerated twice, once with some of the requested information missing, and the second time more thoroughly.)

On p. 18 of district 176, Co. 4, Regiment 23, recorded July & August, he is listed as:
Parish Prince, 22, b. Mar 1878, residence in U.S. Cristy, Kentucky, born Ky Ky Ky.

And on a page in which nothing at the top is filled out (no page number, date or location), and all the “residence in the U.S.” fields say just “Jola Jola P.I.”, and all the birthdates are just years, he is listed as Parish J. Prince, 23, born 1877, Ky Ky Ky.
