The Kentucky birth index lists Floyd Black, born 26 Jan 1930 in Rowan Co., mother’s maiden name Josephine Cassity.
He does not appear with the family in the 1930 census, but I cannot find any matching death record. It is possible that the two birth registrations for Lloyd and Floyd are the same infant, with a name correction, but they are sequential (#04429 and #04430), which generally indicates twins. So it is more likely that Floyd died at birth or within a few days as well, and the death was just not recorded.
