Notes for Mary Ann Ingram
Her death certificate records Mary Ann Ham, age 80 years 3 months 13 days, birthdate blank, born in Kentucky, died 1 July 1919 in Weston, Platte Co., Missouri, widow of Jefferson Ham, father James Ingram, mother’s maiden name Minerva Cartmill, both born in Kentucky, cause of death valvular heart disease, informant Jefferson Ham, Weston, Mo, burial in Pleasant Ridge.

The informant was her son, and either he or the clerk accidently put his name in the husband field instead of Thornton’s. The date of birth is probably also incorrect: she was recorded as age 9 in 1850, with an older brother John age 11.
