1850 census of Bath Co., Ky, division 2, enumerated 1 Aug, lists on p. 41 as family #278:
Ambrose R. Wright, 57, farmer, b. Va; Barbary, 40, b. Ky; Lucy, 15, b. Ky; Archibald, 12, b. Ky; Aquilla (fem), 7, b. Ky.
The children are all Mary Sharp’s; Ambrose did not marry Barbary Shrout until 1849. The next household is headed by their double nephew Benjamin W. Wright, son of Flemstead Wright and Cynthia Sharp. The household after that is headed by Ambrose and Mary’s oldest son Gabriel.
