Her obituary reported:

“Thelma Warner Pergram, 91, of Old Nest Egg Road, Mt. Sterling passed away Saturday, November 26, 2011 at the Windsor Care Center in Mt. Sterling. She was born in Bath County, Kentucky on September 26, 1920 the daughter of the late Keller and Lola Crouch Warner. She was a food service worker at the Montgomery County Schools. She was a member of the Kiddville Baptist Church and the widow of John Pergram her husband of 70 years.

She is survived by three daughters, Betty S. Sturgill of Jeffersonville, KY, Pauline P. Duff of New Richmond, OH, and Loretta P. Harrison of Lake Mary, FL; one sister, Barbara Rhoades of Kokomo, IN; twenty grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sons, Roger Pergram, James Randall Pergram and Bobby W. Pergram; one sister, Grace Fuller; and three brothers, Everett Warner, Arnold Warner and Charles E. Warner.
Funeral services were 11 AM, Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Sherl Thomas officiating and burial following in the Machpelah Cemetery. Pallbearers were Eddie Sturgill, Chris Lacy, Greg Sturgill, Luke Wilson, Jonathan Sturgill, Jeremy Sturgill, Josh Sturgill, and Daryll Pergram. Honorary pallbearers were Tona and Gary Shepard.”
