Paul Prather’s and Geneva (nee Prather) Howard’s parents are Chris Dickson Prather and Anna May Alfrey. Anna’s father John W. Alfrey was a brother of Richard’s father George Alfrey, and Dickson Prather’s mother Georgia Ann Donohue was a sister of Richard’s mother Carrie Donohue. So the Prather siblings with whom he is boarding are his double first cousins once removed.
