There are two death certificates recorded for him, with very similar data.
The first one records Luther Goodman, age 52, born 16 July 1898 in Grays, Ky, died 18 Oct 1951 in Sibert, Clay Co., Ky, married, father J. W. Goodman, mother’s maiden name Libby Hart, occupation coal miner, cause of death rt side hemoplegia, informant J. W. Goodman, burial in Herd Cemetery, Sibert, Clay Co., Ky.
The second one is marked “Duplicate”, with the differences that his age is given as 54 and his birthdate as 15 July 1897, his father’s name is given as James W. Goodman and his mother’s maiden name as Liddie Hart, and the informant is Flora Goodman.
