“Kenneth Percy Routt, age 79, of East Fork Road in Owingsville, passed away Friday, December 10, 2004, at his residence.
Mr. Routt was a native of Bath County, a retired farmer and school bus driver, a veteran of the Korean War Conflict and a member of the Reynoldsville Christian Church.
Born March 2, 1925, he was the son of the late Allen Routt and the late Lettie Sorrell Routt.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Jackson Routt; one son, Doug Routt (wife, Kim) of Sharpsburg; one daughter, Melissa Royalty (husband, Doug) of Richmond, KY; two granddaughters, Samantha Rhodus (husband, Thomas) of Lexington, KY, and Mary Beth Routt, also of Lexington; two grandsons, Daniel Routt of Sharpsburg, and Robbie Dicken of Richmond; one step-grandson; and one sister Alice Helen Anderson, of Lexington.”
