The Ohio deaths index lists Roscoe Cisco Tackett, age 87, born 13 Nov 1902 in Kentucky, died 3 Oct 1990 in Portsmouth, Scioto Co., Ohio, married, occupation construction laborer.
This Roscoe Tackett is in my database only to show that he is not the same Roscoe C. Tackett who married Mary A. Kelley in Carter Co., Ky, since they each appear separately in the 1910 and 1920 censuses. (Many online trees on Ancestry.com treat them as the same person, attaching this Rosco’s death date and sometimes parents to the other one.)
