Notes for Lula Catherine Daniel
Her obituarty reported:

“SUDDEN HEART ATTACK FATAL - Mrs. Lula Quessenberry Died at East Beckley Home - Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 from the residence for Mrs. Lula (Sis) Quessenbury, 62, who died of a sudden heart attack yesterday morning about 10:15 at her home in East Beckley, after a brief illness. It is expected that Rev. G. W. Ogden, Christian minister, will preach the funeral sermon. Burial will be made in the Wildwood cemetery.

Mrs. Quessenbury had been a resident of Beckley for many years. She is survived by six sons and three daughters. The sons are Enoch A. Quessenbury, Emmett, Jess, John, Lee and William E. Quessenbury all of East Beckley. The latter, who suffered the complete loss of his eyesight a few years ago in an accident that occured about the mines, is a familiar figure about the streets of Beckley. The daughters are Mrs. Matte Hennett of Wheeling, who will arrive today, Miss Anna and Miss Hazel, who reside at home. One sister, Mrs. Grace Milam, of Edwight, and one brother, “Butch” Daniel, of Granberry, also survive. Mrs. Quessenbury preceded her to the grave last August.
