Notes for Henry Clure Lewis
He was recorded in the 1900 census as age 14, born Jan 1886, but all later records give his birth date as Sep 1888.

His WW I draft registration card, filed, records Henry C. Lewis, filed 5 June 1917, records Henry C. Lewis, age 28, residence Tannery, Lewis Co., Ky, born 21 Sep 1888 in Tannery, Ky, occupation farming, employer father, single, no dependents.

His WW II draft registration card, filed 27 April 1942, records Henry C. Lewis, age 53, residence Gamps Lane, Harrison, Scioto Co., Ohio, mailing address Wheelersburg, Ohio, Route #1, born 21 Sep 1888 in Lewis Co., Kentucky, nearest relative Naniebell Lewis, Wheelersburg, Ohio.

The West Virginia death index lists Henry C. Lewis, died 25 July 1968 in Wayne Co., father Mason Lewis, mother’s maiden name Margaret Foster, married, spouse Mary E. Vernatt.

Be careful not to confuse him with Henry Burris Lewis, born 7 Oct 1888 in Lewis Co., son of John Richard Lewis and Sabra Ann McGinnis, who died 21 March 1921 in Lewis Co, unmarried.
Census
In 1910 he was recorded with his grandparents:

His father and stepmother are two households above, at #66/69.
Notes for Bashia Horsley
Her death certificate records Bashia Lewis, born 6 Mar 1900 in Ky, died 17 Jan 1923 in Laurel precinct, Lewis Co., Kentucky, married, father John Horsley, born in Ky, mother’s maiden name Mary E. Scott, birth place blank, cause of death miscarriage cause not known, informant H. C. Lewis, Charter, Ky, burial in Gulley Cemetery.

The year of birth is probably off by one - she does not appear with her parents in the 1900 census, taken in June, and in the 1910 census she is listed as age 9.
Notes for Henry Clure & Bashia (Family)
I cannot find either Henry or Basha in the 1920 census, not even doing first name only searches. They were probably already married, since Basha is not recorded with her parents, and she would be unlikely to have left home unless she were married.
