Stamper, mother’s maiden name Kathrine Dyer, both born in Kentucky, cause of death chronic dysentery, informant Marion Stamper, Shoup, Ky, burial in Laurel Cemetery.

She is buried next to her first husband Thomas Stafford, under the name Sarah E. Stafford.
