His obituary reported:

“Michael W. Quesinberry, 62, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Thursday morning, June 7, 2012, at his home surrounded by his family.

Michael was born on January 3, 1950, in Rhinelander, son of Wendell and Frankie Lou (Gumm) Quesinberry. He was a 1968 graduate of Crandon High School. Michael served in the US Marine Corps from 1969-1972. He worked as a mason for 40 years. Michael began his career with Dale Anderson Construction in West Bend. Then was owner/operator of MQ Masonry, and then worked for Mike Koenig Construction in Sheboygan.

Michael was a great father who took pride in his family and work. He loved westerns, old time country music, and watching Nascar. He enjoyed collecting guns, hunting, trapping, fly-fishing with his brother Bill in the Brule River, camping, trips up north to Crandon, storytelling, and woodworking.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Timi (Christopher) Skattum of Sheboygan Falls; two sons, Michael "Zeb" (Ann) Quesinberry of Cleveland and Shane Quesinberry of Madison; seven grandchildren, Jordan Pfeifer, Taylor Quesinberry, Keegan Skattum, Caleb, Kiera, Tavia, and Haven Quesinberry; mother of his children, Gail Pratt of Two Rivers; one brother, Bill (Sharon) Quesinberry of Crandon; one nephew, Wendell (Jennifer) Quesinberry of Wausau; one great-niece, Macie June Quesinberry; one step-son, Keith (Nancy) Koene of New Holstein; three step-grandchildren, Alisha (Brad) Thome of Madison, Andrea and Ben Koene of New Holstein; two half-sisters, Janet Padour of Kiel and Susan Padour; two half-brothers, Joseph (Chelsea) Padour of Chilton and Robert Padour of Appleton; and other relatives and friends.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, and grandparents, William and Sara Quesinberry.

Michael's family loved him dearly and he will be sadly missed.

A gathering to celebrate Michael's life will be from 1 - 4 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2012, at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls. Interment will take place in Lakeside Cemetery in Crandon, Wisconsin.”
