Her obituary in the Mansfield News-Journal reported:
“Ina A. Bisel, age 95, of Shelby, died Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Med Central Shelby Hospital.
She was born November 12, 1916 in Bath County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Thomas E. and Sarah A. (McFarland) Brown. Ina was a cook and waitress at various area restaurants for many years. She had attended the London Road Church of God. Ina enjoyed quilting and gardening and was a tremendous cook.
Ina is survived by a son, Daniel (Nancy) Lykins of Mansfield; a daughter-in-law: Barbara J. Lykins of Shelby; 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; a sister, Gloria McFarland of Mansfield; 2 stepsons, Jerry Bisel of Galion and Robert Dean Bisel of Norwalk; and several step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bisel in 1987; a son, John Lykins; a daughter, Sara Steward; a grandson, William Steward; 2 sisters, Atlanta Sergent and Norma Jean Ramey; a brother, Miles Brown and a stepson, Daniel Lee Bisel.”
