AFN:THNR-JV, submitted by Shirley Cunningham (917 Ansley Dr., Ft. Wayne, IN 46804) as part of her family group for John Rarick & Barbara Heeter, gives the birthdate as 14 Jan 1789, which is the same one Lester Binnie gives in "The Heeter Family Letters", based on her cemetery inscription. Since Mrs. Ossman's submission does not include any other data for Barbara other than the birthdate, it is not likely to be based on death records. Perhaps it is based on Huntingdon Co. birth records.
