Her father's brother Friederich and his wife, also named Hetwig Margaretha, stood godparents. Note that she is the only daughter of Theobald Gerst whose baptismal name does not begin with Maria, and that 5 months before she was born, Freiderich and Hetwig had a son whom they named Johan Theobald, for whom Theobald and Magdalena Catherina were godparents. I can just imagine two sisters-in-law, pregnant at the same time, agreeing to be godparents to each others children.
