On p. 277-279 of Our Garst Family is a letter written by Henry Clay Garst to his neice Katherine Sample Garst. Also a family group, listing 10 children. Some of his descendents are on pages 280-281. One interesting tidbit is that the way he got his name was that the famous orator Henry Clay visited the home of Abraham Garst and Katherine Ribble the night after he was born.
