On their marriage license application (Bk 5, p. 38), the bride Hazel Heeter lists her parents as Stephen Heeter & Lillie Kuhnle, and her birthdate as 3-27-1887, in Wabash Co. I did not take notes on the birthdate and parents of the groom, Sherman R. Watson. The application states that the marriage will be on 3 May 1911. The returned license is filed separately, in Bk 16, p. 438. I did not consult it, so it is possible that the actual marriage date was later.
