Ohio IGI lists birth of Lorin Brubaker to Christian Brubaker & Susannah R. Woods, batch C512962, sheet 1378, as 14 Dec 1869. I haven't sent for it, but since it is a C. batch, it is from an extraction of birth or christening records. Marwin Brubaker lists the birthdate of Loren L. Brubaker as 20 Nov 1869. Since he has a lot of other data on this family, including Loren's date and place of death, I am going to assume that Marwin's date is correct, and the extraction should have been listed as a christening, rather than as a birth.
