Preble Co., Ohio death records, Book 1, p. 67, record Noah Arnold, died 6 Sep 1878 at age 48 years, 18 days (which would imply a birth of 19 Aug 1830), married, laborer, born Montgomery Co., Ohio, died Eldorado, Preble Co., cause of death brain fever. This conflicts with the birthdate of 9 Aug 1831 as given in Binnie's The German Baptist Arnolds, his family group for John Arnold and Barbara Friend primarily based on records of Owen Frazee, but it is close enough that the differences could easily be an error in either Frazee's records or the death record. And there does not seem to be any other Noah Arnold in Montgomery or Preble Co. of similar age.

Susan is probably really the daughter of John Weaver and a previous wife, since she was listed out of birth order after their other children in the 1850 census.
